Duties and Responsibilities

• Dispatch and supervision of several field service technicians
• Scheduling repairs, monitoring repair orders, and providing excellent customer service.
• Must have mechanical aptitude, thrive in a fast paced environment, and be able to relate to customers in a positive and professional manner.
