General Manager

DESCRIPTION

Summary

The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations & strategy for McCoy Precision Technologies, a Topcon dealership. They will oversee all aspects of the business including hiring and management sales and support employees, creating strategies aimed at growing profitability and achieving corporate objectives to develop solutions to customer’s needs and expectations. They will maintain the highest professional standards under the McCoy brands.

This position is a remote position and can be located in MN, WI, IL, MO, and IN.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions (not in order of priority):

• Responsible for hiring & training of employees
• Manager the performance of all employees
• Develop strategies for customer satisfaction & grow Topcon Machine Control market share
• Monitor customer satisfaction
• Analyze all data to drive financial success
• Monitor inventory demands
• Work with confidential information
• Understand all safety policies & procedures

Job Requirements

• Preferred degree in engineering technology or business administration or 5 years of equivalent industry experience
• Knowledge of industry
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
