PRODUCT SUPPORT Coordinator

McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for a Product Support Coordinator at our corporate office in Dubuque, IA..

The Product Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the implementation of standard job pricing at the dealership and building and maintaining the standard job pricing database for all locations. Additionally, responsible to create all Preventative Maintenance Agreements for both whole good sales and aftermarket sales.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority):



Education, Skills & Knowledge Required:


  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A comprehensive understanding of John Deere construction and forestry equipment
  • Minimum of 3 years related equipment experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Thorough understanding of the day-to-day operations of parts and service departments
  • An understanding of what drives profitability and absorption for parts and service departments
  • Experience with intermediate computer functions; experience using Service ADVISOR™, Parts ADVISOR™, Service
  • Delivery, EQUIP, SVAP, and Expert Services
  • Must be skilled in customer service relations and act in a professional manner in all facets of customer service
  • Must be able to execute consistently
  • Must be able to analyze rigorously
  • Must be good at recognizing and resolving difference
  • Ability to work under conditions of periodic mental stress
  • Ability to concentrate on several issues at the same time 
  • Experience working cooperatively in a team environment
  • Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing
  • Present a neat, clean, professional appearance of self and use proper business etiquette.
  • Valid driver’s license required
