Summary
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. This individual works closely with other members in the administrative department and accounting department, while supporting the Sales Team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, providing feedback, documentation, and information.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions (not in order of priority):
- Invoicing
- Calculate sales margin/commissions and create customer invoice
- Finance
- Maintain knowledge of various financing options available
- Calculate installment or lease payment quotes for customers as needed
- Timely processing of all financing requests for installment or lease funding
- Communicate effectively on additional financing information needed or status requests
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Lien Search
- Request entities search from designated company
- Review results and if liens are present, email salesmen corresponding information to obtain the release
- Monitor progress and ensure accurate info is obtained for purchase
Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA preferred. In lieu of degree, 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using vlookup and pivot tables
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction equipment preferred but not required
